Visint® XFP optical module fully complies with the XFP MSA standard of version 4.5 and the power consumption is less than 3.5W. The working rate of XFP module is from 8.5Gbps to 11.3Gbps, which is suitable for Sonet/SDH, 10G Ethernet, Fibre Channel and G.707 OTN standards. XFP 10G transceiver module adopts high-reliability laser and PIN or APD receiving components, laser driver and supporting circuit at the transmitting end. An avalanche photo-diode (APD) or PIN ROSA and supporting circuits are used at the receiving end. A clock data recovery circuit (CDR) is also provided. XFP 10G has digital diagnostics (also known as digital optical inspection, DDM), which monitors optical output power, optical input power, temperature, laser bias current, and transceiver supply voltage in real time. 40G QSFP+ Transceiver Module

Visint® 40G QSFP + transceiver module complies with QSFP + MSA SFF-8436 and IEEE 802.3ba standards, and the total transmission rate can reach 41.25Gb/s. With low power consumption, small size, high rate and other characteristics. The multimode transceiver module adopts four 10.3125Gbps channel VCSEL laser array optical transmitters and four PIN photo-detector array receivers. The transmission distance of OM3 multimode fiber can reach 300M and the transmission distance of OM4 multimode fiber can reach 400M. The single-mode optical module converts four 10.3125Gbps channels into four CWDM channels (DFB laser array) optical signals, and multiplexes them to 41.25Gbps, which are output from the transmitter through SMF. The receiver receives 41.25Gbps optical signal input and demultiplexes it into 4 CWDM 10.3125Gbps channels. Received by PIN light detector, the transmission distance can reach 40KM, and it is widely used in various Ethernet devices such as switches, routers, data centers.

It has low power consumption and higher rate features, and is compatible with Ethernet and OTN OTU4 applications. The multimode optical module uses ten 11.18Gbps channel VCSEL laser array optical transmitters and 10 PIN photo-detector array receivers. The transmission distance of OM3 multimode fiber can reach 100M and the transmission distance of OM4 multimode fiber can reach 400M. The single-mode optical module uses 4 LAN-WDM channels (EML laser array) optical signals, and is multiplexed to 111.8Gbps, which is output from the transmitter through SMF. The receiver receives 111.8Gbps optical signal input and demultiplexes it into 4 LAN-CWDM 28Gbps channels. It is received by the PIN photo-detector with a transmission distance of up to 10KM.
