Product Overview
QSFP28 100G muxponder is a 12-channel 10G or 24-channel 10G Ethernet signal aggregation launched by Visint® to meet the high-bandwidth interconnects of optical transmission and data center. It follows the G.709 protocol multiplexing mapping and framing processing. After the 100G PAM4 optical module completes the photoelectric conversion into 100G signal, to realize the 10G signal input and output. Provide high-quality solutions for transmissions such as insufficient margins of the existing systems and long optical cable transmission distances.

QSFP28 100G muxponder supports up to 12 channels of 10G Ethernet client side and 1+1 protection, 100G QSFP28 access capability on the line side. The line side PSM4 100G performs backup and redundancy.
QSFP28 100G muxponder supports up to 24 channels of 10G Ethernet client side and 1+1 protection, 2x100G QSFP28 access capability on the line side. The line side PSM4 100G performs backup and redundancy.
Support OTN services such as OTU1, OTU2e, OTU3, OTU4, etc.
Support OTN package, mapping and overhead defined by G.709.
The QSFP28 100G muxponder line-side interface adopts PAM4 modulation and uses four different pulse amplitudes to convey information. Each amplitude has two bits, which doubles the data rate and makes the bandwidth efficiency of PAM4 twice that of the traditional binary model.
